Valentine Vascular, Inc. (VV) is an early-stage medical device company specializing in the use of bioceramics for the treatment of post myocardial infarctions, mitral valve regurgitation, applications to coronary and peripheral stents, and other technologies in development.
The Company is seeking to raise initial capital ($1 million) to complete the proof of principle and continue devleopment activities.  These funds are allocated to research and development, in-vitro testing, broadening intellectual property, pre-clinical in-vivo testing, quality system development and general corporate purposes.  World wide the first five-year revenues are projected to be $167 million.
VV ceramics are different and the proprietary methods we utilize form ceramics that are ultra strong and not brittle.  Thus we have particles that can withstand the demands that are created within human tissue.   The MyoSolve™ ceramic particles are microporous throughout and with fully interconnected pores.  Therefore, tissue, fluids and gases will permeate within and throughout the spheres making them non-migratory.
Our ceramic has the added benefit of being highly absorbent and are classified as high potency spheres or particles.  They have high capillary force that provides rapid, if not instantaneous capillary absorption of the tissues, cells, fluids and gases.  Because our ceramic has a high capillary force, when we inject the particles into the tissue, they have an immediate impact in the targeted tissue.
